Iconic Performance

Built for Young Starts Aiming to Reach Their Potiential

Whether you’re a parent looking for the right environment or a player chasing the next level. It starts here. Every program runs 8 weeks and is built around one principle: show up consistently, and you will improve. Pick your fit below.

How Iconic Performance Started

I started Iconic Performance because I got tired of watching kids show up to practice and leave the same player they came in as.

Club ball is great. It builds chemistry, gets reps in, builds friendships. But too often the development piece — the actual work that turns a U12 kid into a varsity player — gets lost in the team grind. Coaches don’t have time. Parents don’t know what to ask for.

That’s the gap Iconic fills. Eight weeks of focused, structured, gamified work. One coach who actually knows your kid’s name. Real measurements at the start and end. No drop-ins, no shortcuts, no marketing speak.

What We Stand For

Discipline

Eight weeks means eight weeks. Show up on time, every time — or don’t show up at all.

Development

Every athlete leaves measurably better than they arrived. We test it, document it, and prove it.

Consistency

Same coach. Same standard. Whether it’s your first session or your fifth cycle, the work doesn’t change.

Andrew played at the collegiate level before moving into developmental coaching. Over the last decade he has coached individual athletes from U8 first-touches all the way through varsity selection and college recruiting.

His philosophy is simple — measure baseline, set the work, prove the progress. No magic, no shortcuts, just the structured eight-week cycles he wishes someone had run for him at twelve.

When he isn’t on the field, he’s writing programs, watching film, or arguing tactics with someone who probably doesn’t want to be arguing tactics.
