Thank you for choosing Iconic Performance SC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your participation in our programs. We’ve written them in plain language because we believe parents and athletes deserve to understand exactly what they’re agreeing to.
By visiting our website or enrolling your child in any Iconic Performance SC program, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your participating athlete. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the parent or legal guardian of the participating athlete) and Iconic Performance SC, operated by Andrew Ciccarelli in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Accessing our website at iconicperformancetraining.com, submitting a registration form, or allowing your child to participate in any session means you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
2. Our Services
Iconic Performance SC provides youth soccer development, technical skills coaching, and strength and conditioning training for athletes between the ages of 8 and 17 in the Toronto, Ontario area.
Our programs are designed to develop athletic fundamentals, improve soccer-specific skills, build physical confidence, and support long-term athlete development. Program details, scheduling, location, and session structure are provided at the time of enrollment and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our programming with appropriate notice to enrolled families.
3. Eligibility
Our programs are designed for youth athletes between the ages of 8 and 17. Because all participants are minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process, agree to these Terms, and provide all required consents on behalf of their child.
By registering, you confirm that:
You are the parent or legal guardian of the participating athlete.
Your child meets the age requirements for the program they are enrolling in.
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on your child’s behalf.
Your child is in suitable physical health to participate in athletic training. If your child has any medical condition, injury, or health concern that may affect their ability to participate safely, please inform us before the start of the program.
4. Registration and Enrollment
Registration for Iconic Performance SC programs is completed through our official booking form, which is made available on our website and through direct communication.
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee your child’s spot in a program. Enrollment is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Iconic Performance SC and payment has been received in accordance with Section 5. We recommend not making travel or scheduling arrangements that depend on enrollment until you have received that confirmation.
Program spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate all interested families, but we cannot hold spots without confirmed payment.
5. Fees and Payment
Program fees are communicated clearly at the time of registration. Full payment — or the first installment if a payment schedule has been arranged — is required before your child begins participating in any session.
No service will be rendered without payment. If a payment schedule is agreed upon, any missed payment may result in suspension of participation until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Fees may be updated from time to time for new program cycles. Any change in fees will be communicated in advance and will not apply retroactively to confirmed enrollments.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that life happens. Here is how we handle cancellations:
Cancellations by You (Parent or Guardian)
If you need to cancel a session and give us at least 24 hours’ notice, we will work with you to reschedule where possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you need to withdraw your child from a program entirely, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility for full program withdrawals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on how far into the program you are.
Cancellations by Iconic Performance SC
If we need to cancel a session for any reason on our end, we will contact you promptly and either reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time or provide a credit or refund for that session.
Weather Cancellations
Outdoor sessions may be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to thunderstorms, extreme heat, or icy conditions. We will notify you as early as possible. Weather cancellations will be rescheduled wherever feasible. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be applied.
7. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
Athletic training involves physical activity, and physical activity carries inherent risks. These include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, and other physical injuries that can occur even in a well-supervised environment.
By enrolling your child in an Iconic Performance SC program, you acknowledge and accept that:
Participation in soccer training and conditioning activities involves a degree of physical risk that cannot be entirely eliminated.
You voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of your child.
Iconic Performance SC, its coaches, and staff take all reasonable precautions to maintain a safe training environment.
Iconic Performance SC is not liable for injuries or losses arising from normal participation in our programs, except where such injury is the direct result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Iconic Performance SC or its staff.
We strongly encourage you to ensure your child has appropriate athletic insurance coverage and to notify us of any existing injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to participation.
8. Parental and Guardian Consent
Because all participants in Iconic Performance SC programs are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent to participate. By completing the registration process and agreeing to these Terms, you are providing that consent.
You are confirming that you:
Authorize your child to participate in Iconic Performance SC training sessions.
Have disclosed any relevant medical information that may affect your child’s ability to participate safely.
Understand and accept the risks outlined in Section 7.
Agree to these Terms in full on behalf of your child.
We ask that a parent or guardian be reasonably reachable by phone during any session their child attends, in the event of an emergency.
9. Media and Photography
Iconic Performance SC may photograph or video record sessions for use in marketing, social media, our website, and promotional materials. These images and videos may feature participating athletes.
If you do not wish for your child to appear in any photographs or videos used for these purposes, please notify us in writing at andrew.ciccarelli@gmail.com before your child’s first session. We will make note of your preference and ensure it is respected.
By not opting out, you grant Iconic Performance SC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use images or footage of your child in connection with our programs and marketing activities. Any personal information collected in connection with media use will be handled in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Iconic Performance SC website — including text, graphics, logos, training materials, session plans, videos, and branding — is the property of Iconic Performance SC and is protected under applicable Canadian intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website or programs for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Iconic Performance SC. Personal, non-commercial use is welcome.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
When you register your child for our programs, we collect personal information including your name, your child’s name and age, contact information, and any relevant health information you choose to share with us.
This information is used solely for the purpose of administering our programs, communicating with you, and ensuring the safety of all participants. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
We are committed to handling your information in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable Ontario privacy legislation. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at andrew.ciccarelli@gmail.com.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in our programs will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We always prefer to resolve any concerns directly and informally first — please reach out to us before pursuing any formal action.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. If the changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled families directly.
Your continued use of our website or participation in our programs after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
